I had a lovely stay at Private Lodge Beachside Samui Lamai, with a prime location just a few minutes' walk to Lamai Beach. The communal balcony was a highlight, providing stunning views of the sea and mountains. However, I did find that the air conditioning was only in the bedroom, which made it a bit warmer in the kitchen area.

My stay was mostly good, thanks to the super nice host and the perfect location near Lamai Beach. I loved waking up to the sound of birds, though I did notice the WiFi wasn't strong, and the towels could have been better. Overall, for the price, it was an very nice deal and I found the hard bed quite comfortable.
